1 · Purpose
Scope
These terms govern access to and use of the Luméo website, the member area and features connected to the Luméo project. Some features, such as a closed beta, may be supplemented by specific rules.
2 · Account
Account creation and security
- Information provided when creating the account must allow it to operate normally and must not impersonate a third party.
- Members must protect their credentials, trusted devices, passkeys and recovery codes.
- A valid email address is required to verify the account, receive certain security alerts and recover access.
- If compromise is suspected, Luméo may revoke sessions or require additional verification to protect the account.
3 · Use
Prohibited behavior
Luméo must not be used to bypass protections, compromise the service, access another person’s data without authorization, abusively automate requests, exploit a vulnerability without reporting it, distribute manifestly unlawful content or misuse the service.
Community rules applicable on the official Discord server remain complementary to these Terms of Use.
4 · Third-party services
Discord, hosting and technical services
Some features depend on third-party services, including Discord, OVH and technical providers required for authentication, email, notifications or security. Their availability may affect some Luméo features without Luméo being able to guarantee permanent operation.
5 · Content and games
Game data and community content
Statistics, progress and synchronization displayed by Luméo remain project features and may evolve with Bot or Website versions. Members remain responsible for content they submit in contribution areas.
Public visibility of certain game statistics can be disabled from the preferences available on the account.
6 · Moderation
Suspension, restrictions and deletion
In the event of abuse, a security risk, breach of these Terms of Use or applicable community rules, Luméo may temporarily restrict a feature, suspend access or take an appropriate measure. Where the context allows, the tracking tools provided by the Website let members review measures that concern them.
7 · Availability
Project under development
Luméo is currently under active development and in a pre-beta phase. Maintenance, fixes, interface changes, migrations or interruptions may occur. No permanent availability level is guaranteed for free or test features.
8 · Personal data
Privacy
Data processing associated with the account and services is described separately in the privacy policy. Accepting these Terms of Use does not constitute consent to cookies or optional processing that would require separate consent.
9 · Changes
Changes to the Terms of Use
The Terms of Use may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable law or security measures. Each version has a number and an effective date. When a new version requires renewed acceptance, the member is asked to accept it before continuing to use the authenticated area.
10 · Applicable law
Legal framework
These Terms of Use are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory provisions that may apply to the user. In the event of a difficulty, an amicable resolution should be sought before litigation whenever possible.
