The Quiz Hub does not open
Check:
- that you use
/utilisateur, then Games and Quiz; - that Luméo is present on the server;
- that the module is active and not in maintenance;
- that the panel you are using is not outdated;
- that your account is not under a community restriction.
No compatible format
The selected filter may not contain enough active questions. Try Random difficulty, another topic, or a shorter length.
A server must keep at least one topic and two questions active.
Cannot create a community game
Check the configured channel and the View, Send, Embed Links, and Read Message History permissions. The channel must belong to the current server.
Also verify that no other registration phase or game is already active in that channel.
Cannot join or answer
The game may be full, already started, expired, or restricted to the server where it was created. An active community sanction also blocks creation, registration, and answers.
The timer appears stuck
Refresh the interface once and wait for automatic grading. The server remains the source of truth even if a Discord message has not refreshed yet.
Statistics do not appear on the website
Check the linked Discord account, selected server, actual completion of the game, and public publication preference. Wait a few seconds before refreshing the page.
A custom question disappeared
Check the current server, its topic, active state, and recent administrative actions. Custom banks from different servers are never merged.
Contact support
Include the server, channel, format, game stage, approximate time, and displayed message. Do not send a webhook, token, private answer, or unnecessary sensitive information.
