Read moderation logs

Identify the author, target, context, and result of a moderation action.

A useful log includes the date, server, channel, target, action, reason, and result.

Failures

A rejected or incomplete action must be distinguishable from an action that was actually executed.

Use identifiers and a time period to find an event without reading the entire channel.
