Scope of custom content
Each custom topic and question belongs only to the Discord server where it was created. It is never copied automatically to another community.
Add a topic
Enter a unique name and, optionally, an emoji. Luméo rejects duplicates and checks the server limits before saving.
A server can have at most 19 topics in total.
Add a question
A custom question requires:
- text between 10 and 300 characters;
- an existing official or custom topic;
- an Easy, Medium, or Hard difficulty;
- four distinct answers A, B, C, and D;
- the letter corresponding to the correct answer.
Correct answers remain hidden before grading, including on player-facing browsing screens.
Edit a question
The form is prefilled and keeps the question identifier. This prevents duplicates and allows conflicts to be detected when two administrators edit the same content at the same time.
Delete content
Only custom topics and questions can be deleted. Stronger confirmation is required.
Before deleting a topic, check the questions still linked to it. An administrative action must never alter a game whose question selection has already been frozen.
Limits
Each server can store up to 200 custom questions, with a maximum of 25 questions per topic. These limits protect Discord menus and module performance.
Audit
Creation, editing, and deletion are recorded with the actor, target, and date. Data remains isolated by server identifier.
