Understand saves, resets, and isolation

Identify the exact server, mode, and profile before a restoration or reset.

Three levels of isolation

A Pokémon progression is separated by Discord account, server, and game mode. With advanced features, the same mode may also have distinct secondary profiles.

Resetting a save

The reset is available from /dresseur and requires strong confirmation. It deletes only the selected save and triggers a website update.

Secondary profiles

Secondary profiles allow multiple progressions to be kept without replacing the protected Normal profile. Always verify the active profile before taking action.

Backups and restoration

Backup tools are used to return to a known state after verification. A restoration must never merge two servers or two modes.

Removing a server

Removing the bot hides the server's active data. A permanent purge follows a restricted procedure and does not affect other communities.

Before any irreversible action

Record the server, mode, profile, team state, and date. Run diagnostics before confirming a deletion or restoration.
