View your Pokémon progression on the website

Link Discord, select the correct server, and understand the Pokémon data synchronized in the member area.

Goal

Display in the Luméo website member area the Pokémon progression belonging to the correct Discord account, server, and save.

Requirements

For information to appear:

  • the Luméo account must be signed in;
  • the Discord account used with the bot must be linked to the website;
  • Luméo must be present on the selected server;
  • the Pokémon module must be active;
  • a Pokémon save must actually exist for this member on this server.

From the member area or profile, use the Discord linking feature. Verify the displayed account before confirming: progression created with another account cannot be retrieved.

The link acts as an identifier between the bot and the website. It does not merge data from multiple Discord accounts.

Step 2 — Select the server

On the Pokémon card in the member area, choose the desired server. The selector displays only communities compatible with your account and Luméo's current state.

Each selection loads its own profile. Statistics from one server must never be added to those from another.

Step 3 — View synchronized information

Depending on adventure progress, the website can display:

  • the starter and active team;
  • Trainer level;
  • Pokédex progress;
  • number of catches;
  • available battle, win, and loss statistics;
  • trades;
  • progression toward the Hall of Fame;
  • the server and profile currently being viewed.

An empty section does not necessarily indicate an error: some statistics appear only after the corresponding feature has been used on Discord.

Data refresh

Major Pokémon actions trigger synchronization to the website, for example after starter creation, a catch, battle, trade, or profile reset.

When the action has just been completed, wait a few seconds and refresh the page. Avoid repeating the Discord action only to force the website to update.

Public rankings

Public Pokémon rankings are separated by server. Participation remains optional: publication preferences determine whether a profile can appear in public tables.

Hiding a public profile does not delete its private progression from the member area.

Resetting a save

When a save is genuinely reset from Luméo, the corresponding website data should also disappear or be recreated. Always verify the affected server and mode before confirming deletion.

Removed or deleted server

When a server removes Luméo:

  • it disappears from active selectors and public rankings;
  • its data may be retained temporarily to allow restoration;
  • a permanent purge can later be performed by Luméo's primary owner using the designated secure procedure.

Purging one server must never delete profiles belonging to other communities.

If data is missing or incorrect

Check in order:

  1. the signed-in Luméo account;
  2. the linked Discord account;
  3. the selected server;
  4. whether the bot is present on that server;
  5. whether the Pokémon module is enabled;
  6. whether the expected save and mode exist;
  7. the last action performed on Discord.

If the information remains inconsistent, report the issue with the server identifier, affected profile, and action performed, without sharing unnecessary private data.
