Role of the active team
The team contains the Pokémon currently available for battles and the main actions in the adventure. It always belongs to a specific save: Discord server, game mode, and selected profile.
A team displayed on one server must never be mixed with a team from another community or another mode.
Open the team
Use /team. The interface displays the Pokémon in the active team and lets you open the details for the Pokémon you want to inspect.
Depending on the profile state and available features, you may see:
- species and optional nickname;
- level and HP;
- known moves;
- information relevant to evolution;
- available items or contextual actions;
- special information related to the game mode.
Organize the team
Team composition is managed through Luméo's actions and the Pokémon Box. Before moving a Pokémon, verify:
- the server currently open;
- the save mode;
- the selected Pokémon;
- the number of remaining team slots;
- any generation restrictions.
A Pokémon removed from the team normally goes to the corresponding Box. A full team can prevent a new Pokémon from being added until a slot is freed.
Moves and contextual actions
Available buttons depend on the Pokémon, its state, and the progression. Luméo may offer different actions depending on the conditions that are actually met.
Avoid repeated clicks when Discord temporarily says the interaction is taking too long. Wait a few seconds to see whether the first action was completed.
Evolutions from the team
Evolutions are integrated into /team. Luméo checks the required conditions before offering or confirming an evolution: level, item, friendship, known move, regional form, or another special rule.
An evolution into a generation disabled on the server must remain blocked. Some evolutions have their own contextual action when their condition cannot be represented by level alone.
Always reread the summary before confirming an irreversible evolution.
Differences between modes
- in Relaxed, the team belongs only to the Relaxed save;
- in Classic, it follows the profile's main progression;
- in Nuzlocke, permanent fainting rules and stronger confirmations apply.
Healing, items, and administration tools must affect only the selected mode.
If something looks wrong
If the team appears empty or incorrect, check in order:
- the Discord server being used;
- the displayed mode;
- whether a starter or save exists;
- whether the Pokémon are in
/box; - the generations enabled on the server;
- the last action performed before refreshing.
Do not recreate a save just to fix a display issue. Use Wiki feedback or support and include the server, mode, and action involved.
