About Luméo
What is Luméo? New ⌄
Luméo is a community project made up of a Discord Bot and a website. It offers different modules and services designed to enrich the experience of a Discord server, including games, community tools and management features.
Are the Luméo Bot and the website connected? New ⌄
Yes. Some Bot features are synchronized with the website. For example, Pokémon progress can be viewed from the member area, and some information related to Discord servers is also synchronized.
Is Luméo already finished? New ⌄
Luméo is still under development. Some features are already available and functional, while others may be in testing, under development or planned for a future update. Feature status is shown on the website.

Account and security
Why should I link my Discord account to Luméo? New ⌄
Linking Discord allows the website to recognize your Discord account and correctly associate certain information, such as your progress or your permissions on servers using Luméo.
Why create a Luméo account? New ⌄
An account gives you access to the member area, lets you view certain data synchronized with Discord and use website features reserved for members.
How does Luméo protect my account? New ⌄
Luméo provides several security mechanisms, including email address verification and stronger authentication methods such as passkeys and two-factor authentication when they are configured.

How can I invite Luméo to my Discord server? New ⌄
When invitations are available, the Bot can be invited from the official website. Signing in to a Luméo account may be required before accessing the invitation.
Who can configure Luméo on a server? New ⌄
Configuration is reserved for people with the required permissions on the server. Some features may notably be available to the server owner or authorized managers.
Can we choose which modules are active on a server? New ⌄
Yes. Modules can be enabled or disabled independently according to the server’s needs. Available features therefore depend on the configuration chosen by each community.

Pokémon
What is the difference between Classic, Relaxed and Nuzlocke? New ⌄
- Classic: the main Pokémon progression experience.
- Relaxed: the same adventure with more flexible rules.
- Nuzlocke: a more demanding experience with limited encounters and permanent loss of Pokémon that are knocked out.
Do the three Pokémon modes use the same save? New ⌄
No. Classic, Relaxed and Nuzlocke progress are separate. Playing one mode therefore does not replace progress saved in the others.
Can I view my Pokémon progress on the website? New ⌄
Yes. When your Discord account is linked and synchronization is available, your progress can appear in your member area. Some progress may also appear publicly when the corresponding visibility conditions are met.

Issues and support
Why does a change made on Discord not appear immediately on the website? New ⌄
Some data is synchronized automatically between the Bot and the website. Depending on the feature, a few seconds may be required before the new information appears.
What should I do if the Bot stops responding? New ⌄
First check whether Luméo is currently experiencing an incident or maintenance. If the problem only affects your server, also verify that the relevant module is active and that the Bot still has the required permissions.
How can I report a bug or problem? New ⌄
If you discover unusual behavior, try to provide as much detail as possible: the feature used, the action performed, the result obtained and, if possible, a screenshot or the displayed error message. This makes the problem easier to reproduce and fix.
