Understand and complete the Pokédex

Track discovered species, filter active generations, and understand progression specific to each save.

Open the Pokédex

Use /pokedex to view progress for the current Pokémon save. The Pokédex reflects the selected server, game mode, and profile.

Progress started on another community or in another mode remains independent.

Discovered species

The Pokédex distinguishes discovered species from those that remain locked. Detailed information can be opened only after the species has already been recorded in the profile's progression.

Luméo updates discovery from Pokémon actually obtained in the save. A species owned on another server or in another mode must not complete this Pokédex.

Filter by generation

Luméo lets you view the Pokédex by available generation, from Generation I through Generation IX when allowed by the server.

Filters are used to:

  • reduce the displayed list;
  • follow one specific generation;
  • understand why some species are not offered;
  • distinguish an unowned entry from a disabled generation.

The server owner controls which generations are available to the community.

Disabled generations

A disabled generation must no longer be used for new catches or affected evolutions. Data already obtained remains protected in the save.

If a generation is re-enabled, preserved Pokémon and their corresponding entries should become accessible again without being artificially recreated.

Progress the Pokédex

Progress comes from Pokémon actually obtained during the adventure, including through catches, rewards, or compatible events under the server configuration.

Check the Pokédex regularly after obtaining a Pokémon to verify that the species was recorded in the correct save.

Website display

After Discord linking, the member area can display a summary of Pokémon progression for the selected server. This presentation never merges Pokédex data from several communities.

Public rankings remain optional and never grant access to another member's detailed private progression.

If an entry is missing

Check:

  1. the server and mode used when the Pokémon was obtained;
  2. the generation selected in the filter;
  3. whether that generation is enabled on the server;
  4. the final confirmation of the action that granted the Pokémon;
  5. whether the interface was refreshed after the action.

Simply seeing a spawn does not mean the species was obtained. Do not repeat a sensitive action before reviewing the messages sent by Luméo.
