Why does the Reserve exist?
Each server can enable or disable available generations. When a generation is removed, Luméo protects Pokémon already obtained instead of deleting them.
Automatic movement
Pokémon from a disabled generation leave regular Boxes and move to the Generation Reserve. They remain associated with the same server, mode, and profile.
Effects of disabling a generation
While the generation remains inactive:
- affected Pokémon can no longer join the team;
- new catches from that generation are blocked;
- evolutions into species from that generation are refused;
- previously acquired data remains preserved.
Re-enable and recover
After re-enabling the generation, use the recovery actions available in /box. Recover all can restore several Pokémon when space and rules allow.
Safety
Disabling a generation must never permanently delete a Pokémon. If a Pokémon seems missing, check the Reserve, mode, server, and generation filters before any administrative intervention.
